Recovery claims do not match
The homepage says more than $50 million recovered, while the Business Litigation page says more than $21 million.

KLW does not need more indiscriminate leads. It needs a better system for attracting, qualifying, and converting sophisticated clients with disputes worth pursuing.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| What are we doing? | Redesigning the website around high-stakes litigation, rebuilding search architecture, strengthening local visibility, publishing exact-intent pages, and turning attorney expertise into a repeatable 24-video monthly short-form program. |
| Why are we doing it? | KLW already has authority, attorneys, results, referral momentum, and organic visibility. The current website and funnel do not consistently translate those assets into qualified paid consultations and signed matters. |
| What makes sense first? | Irvine and Orange County business/real estate litigation first, with Anaheim, Santa Ana, and Huntington Beach as measured satellite opportunities; Los Angeles next; San Diego after the page system and conversion tracking are proven. Paid media follows the conversion foundation rather than preceding it. |
KLW already has meaningful organic lead flow and a strong close rate once a qualified matter reaches the quoting stage. The baseline below establishes where the current pipeline is working and where the largest visible drop-off occurs.
The supplied snapshot shows healthy top-of-funnel activity and a strong 50% close rate once a matter reaches the quoting stage. The largest visible constraint is between qualification and quote. Only 4 of 66 qualified leads reached that stage. That does not prove one cause, so the engagement will examine the entire pipeline rather than assuming the website alone is responsible.
We will audit source, page and message fit, response time, conflict handling, consultation framing, booking friction, attendance, follow-up, pricing objections, quote progression, and lost-matter reasons. The goal is to identify where an earlier-stage rate can be improved, where avoidable drop-off can be reduced, and which changes have the greatest compounding effect on the conversations KLW attorneys and staff ultimately have.
The redesign solves specific problems visible on the current website. Conflicting proof claims, inconsistent consultation language, competing contact paths, and dynamic phone-number behavior create avoidable uncertainty at the exact moment a qualified prospect is deciding whether to contact the firm.
Each finding below pairs the issue, visible proof, and recommended correction. Screenshots were captured from the linked live pages on July 14, 2026; select any image to inspect it at full size.
The homepage says more than $50 million recovered, while the Business Litigation page says more than $21 million.

The public Business Fraud page advertises a free consultation, while supplied intake notes describe a paid $500–$1,000 consultation model.
Both /contact-us and /contact/ are exposed; the shorter path redirects to the same contact page.
Different 949 numbers appeared during live captures, indicating dynamic number insertion that must be audited rather than a proven static copy error.
We will rebuild KLW's website with custom HTML and CSS for speed, clarity, conversion, and long-term search growth. The work includes strategy, information architecture, copy direction, visual design, responsive development, migration planning, analytics, and launch implementation.
Every core page will speak to the problems, circumstances, and desired outcomes of the business owners, partners, investors, executives, and property stakeholders KLW wants to represent. The messaging will clarify dispute fit, stakes, credibility, consultation expectations, and the next step.
We will host the static website on Cloudflare Pages at no recurring hosting cost. Cloudflare's global edge network provides very fast delivery while keeping the website portable.
KLW owns the site as a GitHub repository it controls. The lightweight code can move between hosts or developers freely, and stays simple to maintain and extend as the firm adds services, locations, attorneys, and proof.
Built to future-proof KLW. Everything we build is delivered and stored as a GitHub repository the firm owns, so there is no vendor lock-in and nothing proprietary holding the website hostage. If we ever stop working together, or KLW simply wants to make changes on its own, anyone on the team can connect the repository to any AI assistant, whether that is ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok, describe the change in plain language, and have it made and deployed automatically through Cloudflare. The site stays useful and easy to evolve long after launch, not only today.
English now, and ready for more. The initial build targets KLW's English-language demand across every practice area and location. Because the site is custom, the same approach extends site-wide to other languages: given the firm's Japanese-language client base and the clear Spanish-speaking demand across Southern California, we can build and target keyword variations in those languages as well, not only for business and real estate but across the whole firm. Today KLW has effectively no Japanese or Spanish organic footprint, which is entirely uncaptured opportunity.
The redesign is not only a visual exercise. We will align the homepage, practice-area pages, location pages, attorney profiles, proof, and intake messaging around the matters KLW is best positioned to accept. Better expectation-setting before the first call should improve fit and give qualified prospects stronger reasons to continue through consultation and engagement.
Delivery: approximately four to five weeks end to end. Unlimited revisions are included during the website design and development process so the approved launch reflects KLW's positioning and expectations.
The SEO evidence combines 264 location-specific search samples, 78 observed KLW appearances, competitor visibility, and a permanent page-opportunity map. This shows where KLW already has traction, where comparable firms are winning more visibility, and which pages should be prioritized first.
The permanent search map covers statewide, county, and city demand without recommending that KLW publish every possible page immediately. The 12 rows shown below total 14,750 monthly searches. The additional 31 active clusters account for the remaining 18,680, for 33,430 monthly searches across the full map. These are current monthly search volumes. The SEO program will prioritize the pages where demand, current visibility, matter fit, and competitive gaps overlap.
“Traffic opportunity” combines exact demand, supporting variants, and related-term Traffic Potential.
| Priority keyword/page | Monthly traffic opportunity | KLW position |
|---|---|---|
| business litigation attorney Los Angeles | 270 | 13th |
| business litigation attorney California | 8,790 | Not top 30 |
| business litigation attorney Orange County | 130 | 14th |
| real estate litigation attorney Irvine | 50 | 5th |
| commercial real estate litigation attorney Orange County | 50 | 12th |
| real estate litigation attorney Orange County | 10 | 14th |
| business litigation attorney Irvine | 30 | 7th |
| breach of contract attorney Orange County | 30 | 12th |
| construction defect attorney Orange County | 20 | 7th |
| partnership dispute attorney Los Angeles | 10 | 4th |
| breach of contract attorney California | 4,170 | Not top 30 |
| construction defect attorney California | 1,290 | 21st |
KLW has enough domain authority to compete, but comparable firms are extracting substantially more organic traffic from similar authority. That points to an execution gap in site architecture, page targeting, content coverage, and internal authority distribution, rather than simply a need to chase a higher DR.
| Firm/domain | DR | Estimated organic traffic/month | What it tells us |
|---|---|---|---|
| KLW klw-law.com | 34 | 3,231 | Baseline: meaningful authority and visibility, but room to convert that authority into broader qualified search coverage. |
| Schorr Law schorr-law.com | 35 | 6,314 | Nearly the same DR as KLW, but approximately 95% more estimated organic traffic. This is the clearest evidence that KLW's current SEO footprint is underperforming its authority. |
| Stone & Sallus stonesalluslaw.com | 45 | 5,655 | A direct Los Angeles competitor across real estate, business, trust, and probate matters. It has an 11-point DR advantage and approximately 75% more estimated traffic. |
Visibility has declined across the core local terms. The same Irvine-area grid was compared across 19 days. Five of the six tracked keywords show a worse average rank, while one is effectively flat. No tracked keyword shows meaningful improvement. Every tracked term sits inside KLW's core focus (business litigation, real estate, and commercial law), so this measures lost ground on the exact matters the firm now wants, not the practice areas it has intentionally stepped back from (personal injury).
Average rank moved from 6.7 to 10.8, a decline of 4.1 positions. Share of Local Voice fell from 42.0% to 3.7%. This is not a hypothetical opportunity. It is a measured loss of local visibility while nearby firms continue to occupy the strongest map positions.
| Keyword | June 26 avg. | July 15 avg. | Change | July 15 SoLV |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| business litigation lawyer irvine | 6.7 | 10.8 | Worse by 4.1 | 3.7% |
| real estate lawyer irvine | 13.7 | 13.9 | Worse by 0.2 | 1.2% |
| commercial lawyer irvine | 16.9 | 19.5 | Worse by 2.6 | 0.0% |
| real estate lawyer near me | 20.6 | 20.5 | Effectively flat | 1.2% |
| business litigation lawyer near me | 20.3 | 20.7 | Worse by 0.4 | 1.2% |
| commercial lawyer near me | 20.7 | 20.8 | Worse by 0.2 | 0.0% |
KLW appears in the report's top-10 business table only for “business litigation lawyer irvine,” where it is listed seventh with a 10.8 average grid rank. It does not appear in the other five top-10 tables.

Increasingly, sophisticated, high-net-worth prospects find their lawyer through an AI assistant before they ever pick up the phone, often for their highest-stakes matters. When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google's AI Overviews for a firm to handle a complex business or real estate dispute, the model runs a live search, reads the top-ranked pages, and recommends the firms it can quickly verify. This program is built to make KLW the firm those searches surface and recommend, drawing on the same foundations it is already building: strong rankings, clear service pages, and authoritative third-party mentions, aimed deliberately at how AI systems read and cite sources.
Structure practice-area and location pages so AI systems can extract clear, quotable answers about KLW's expertise, results, and jurisdictions. These are the passages models pull directly into their responses.
Reinforce one clear identity across the website, profiles, and directories so AI models confidently associate Kimura London & White with high-stakes California business and real estate litigation.
Earn the external mentions and reviews AI systems weigh when deciding which firms to surface, so KLW appears on the shortlist a sophisticated prospect is handed.
This is not a separate line item. It is a deliberate layer across the website and SEO work, so the same content earning organic rankings also earns AI citations, reaching decision-makers who now vet firms through an assistant before they ever pick up the phone.
This is already working for the law firms and business owners we run this program for, in their own words:

Anonymized messages from firms we run this work for. Individual results vary and are not a guarantee of future performance.
The social program is designed to make KLW recognizable before a sophisticated prospect ever needs counsel. The firm will publish 24 short-form videos per month, led predominantly by high-profile California lawsuits while selectively covering nationally relevant disputes.
| Content pillar | What it does |
|---|---|
| Trending lawsuits | Fast, informed commentary on high-profile disputes brings people in and introduces KLW's judgment to business owners, founders, investors, and referral sources. |
| Educational content | Clear explanations of business, partnership, fiduciary, fraud, contract, and commercial property disputes build credibility before a prospect calls. |
| Client stories and firm content | Approved outcomes, anonymized stories, attorney perspectives, and firm proof build trust in the people and experience behind the legal analysis. |
We handle content planning, topic research, hooks, scripts, editing, captions, approvals, posting, and monthly performance review.
Once each month, one or two attorneys sit down for a focused 90-minute recording session, record the prepared scripts, and send us the raw files.
Strategy, design, custom HTML/CSS development, migration, responsive QA, analytics, and launch implementation run as one end-to-end website project with unlimited revisions.
On-page SEO, off-page SEO, backlinks, technical improvements, content and page optimization, and local SEO for one approved location.
Twenty-four short-form videos every month, built from one efficient recording workflow and distributed across five platforms.
SEO can begin while the website is being built, so on-page SEO, off-page SEO, backlinks, technical work, content optimization, and local SEO move forward during development. No long-term contract is required. We meet once a month to review performance and priorities, then continue month to month based on the work and results.
The current recommendation is to build the organic growth engine first. If KLW wants to add pay-per-click search advertising, it can be discussed and priced separately.
The primary KPI is qualified paid consultations and signed matters for business and real estate litigation not rankings, traffic, or raw leads in isolation.
| Funnel stage | Required measurement |
|---|---|
| Acquisition | Source, campaign, keyword/page, GBP vs organic, AI-assistant and AI Overview referrals, first and assisted touch. |
| Social authority | Qualified profile visits, saves, shares, completion rate, branded-search lift, consultation assists, and topic-to-inquiry patterns not views alone. |
| Qualification | Practice type, dispute value/exposure, geography, urgency, ability to fund, conflict status. |
| Consultation | Offered, paid, booked, attended, no-show, declined and reason. |
| Revenue | Quoted, signed, initial retainer, projected matter value, source-to-sign time. |
Directionally, the initial program should improve the qualified-to-consultation and consultation-to-signed stages while protecting or growing qualified organic volume.
Clear scope, month-to-month ongoing services, and no long-term contract.
A qualified business or real estate litigation matter is worth at least $100,000, and based on prior conversations with KLW, typically ends up between $250,000 and $500,000 in full case value over the time it takes to resolve. The program only needs to produce one additional signed matter a year to pay for itself several times over: at $250,000, a single case returns roughly 2.5 times the entire first-year cost; at $500,000, roughly 5 times.
| Priority page to win | Monthly traffic opportunity | KLW today |
|---|---|---|
| business litigation attorney California | 8,790 | Not in top 30 |
| breach of contract attorney California | 4,170 | Not in top 30 |
| business litigation attorney Orange County | 130 | 14th |
| property dispute attorney California | 11,000 | Not in top 30 |
| real estate litigation attorney California | 2,530 | Not in top 30 |
These are the pages the SEO program targets first, across both business and real estate litigation. KLW is invisible on its most valuable statewide terms in both practice areas and stuck on page two for its core Orange County term. Reaching page one on even a handful of them should generate multiple qualified matters a year, not one, and that is before any consultations sourced through the social and AI-search work, which are additive but harder to forecast term by term.
To size the ceiling in plain terms: the breakeven is one signed matter a year, but if the program adds even two to three additional signed matters, modest given how many high-value terms KLW is currently invisible for, that is roughly $500,000 to $1.5 million in fee value against a $90,000 program.
The program is built to run on a small, predictable amount of the firm's time. Beyond the financial investment above, this is essentially everything we need from KLW to run the program.
One or two attorneys sit down once a month and record the prepared scripts for all 24 videos in a single focused block. It is the only recurring commitment that needs an attorney on camera.
Helpful, not mandatory: access to review the past cases KLW liked and wants to repeat, or simply the characteristics of that ideal client. We group those matters by what they have in common and turn the pattern into messaging that stays consistent across the videos, the website, and any future ads, so the exact clients KLW wants to attract feel spoken to right away.
Everything else, including scripting, editing, captions, posting, on-page and off-page SEO, technical work, and reporting, is handled by Three Stripes Digital. Content is sent to the firm for quick approval before it goes live, so KLW stays in control of its voice and reputation at all times. We also meet with the team once a month to make sure everything is progressing smoothly.
These are existing Three Stripes Digital law-firm client testimonials.
“They have done such an amazing job. I have so many leads I can barely service the business.”
Eric Vernsten“In just 3 months, we jumped to the number one organic spot. Phone calls and form leads exploded.”
Zachary Gold“We were able to turn off all paid marketing and rely entirely on his SEO.”
Adam CohenWe will review the proposal together on a call, answer any questions, confirm the website direction and approved page set, identify the local SEO location, select the attorney spokespersons, and confirm kickoff timing. Once approved, Three Stripes Digital will send a Stripe payment link. KLW may pay by credit card with a 3.4% surcharge or by ACH. Once payment is received, we will begin the four-to-five-week website process and launch the ongoing work. All ongoing services are billed month to month with no long-term contract; if KLW ever wants to pause or cancel, we simply ask for 30 days' notice.
