WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

What happens next.

  1. A reply within one business dayBilal reads every message himself and replies within one business day, either with a time to talk or with a straight answer if that is all you needed.
  2. A 45-minute callYour market, your current performance, and the biggest constraint we can see from the outside. No deck, and no pitch before we understand the business.
  3. Written next stepsA short written summary of what we would do first, the number it would be judged on, and what it would take. Yours whether or not you hire us.

THE PROOF IS PERSONAL

Hear from the attorneys themselves.

BEFORE WE TALK

Make the first conversation useful.

Nothing formal, and no audit to prepare. Three things make the first 45 minutes worth having.

Your market

The searches you want to win, the towns or regions you serve, and the two or three competitors you keep losing to. Names are enough.

Your current website

The address, plus whatever you already have: analytics, Search Console, a Business Profile, an ad account. If you have none of it, say so. That is a starting point too.

Your goals

The outcome you are measured on, whether that is signed cases, attended appointments or profitable orders, and what a good month looks like against a bad one.

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING

Good questions. Clear answers.

What should I prepare for the call?

Your website address, the market you serve and the one growth problem you want solved. Analytics or Search Console access helps, but nothing needs preparing in advance for the conversation to be useful.

Can I contact you without using the calendar?

Yes. The contact form reaches the same inbox, so you can describe the situation in writing if a call is awkward. Please leave client, patient and customer details out of what you send.

What happens after the first call?

You get a summary of what we discussed, the priority we would tackle first and how we would judge it. If there is no useful next step for you, we say that instead of sending a proposal.

Is the first conversation a sales pitch?

It is a working session about your market and current performance. You leave with a clear first step whether or not you engage us. A retainer is proposed only when the evidence supports ongoing work.
