A CLEAR CONNECTION TO YOUR BUSINESS
An assistant names your firm and links a page of yours as the source. Appearances vary by platform, prompt, account and date and cannot be guaranteed.
WHAT WE MEASUREWhich prompts name the firm, on which platforms, on which dates.
Someone follows the link. Referrals from assistants are still a small, identifiable slice of traffic, and they arrive further along than a search visit does.
WHAT WE MEASUREReferred sessions, kept separate from organic search in the reporting.
A request about a specific matter, in a place you practice. The page they landed on, not the citation, is what decides whether this happens.
WHAT WE MEASUREConsultation requests from referred visits, and which page they came from.
Your team decides whether it is a matter the firm would take on. Only your intake record can close this loop, and only you can open it to us.
WHAT WE MEASUREQualified inquiries and signed matters, attributed as far as your intake data honestly allows.
A PLAN YOU CAN FOLLOW
Ask assistants the questions people ask before hiring a lawyer. Record which firms they name, what they say about each practice and which sources support the answer, so the work starts with visible gaps rather than assumptions.
Give every attorney, practice area and office a linked profile. Keep the matters you take consistent across the site and trusted profiles, and publish bar admissions and court experience so both prospective clients and assistants can verify who handles what.
Answer each hiring question in a few plain sentences, citing the rule or source behind it. Publish the answer on an accessible page so an assistant can quote it without losing the legal context a prospective client needs.
Repeat the same prompts each month and log every answer that names the firm, including its date and cited page. Track when the firm appears, disappears or moves, then compare those changes with the inquiries that reach intake.
THE AUDIT WE START WITH
The first deliverable is a record, not a change. We ask the questions your clients ask, on each of the five surfaces below, and write down what came back: whether the firm was named, what was said about it, and which page or profile the assistant drew that from. Without that record every claim about AI visibility is somebody’s recollection of an answer they saw once, and there is nothing to measure against later.
What we ask it: The questions a client asks before choosing a firm: the matter, the city, and what to ask at a first consultation. What we record: Whether the firm is named, what is said about it, and which page or profile that came from.
What we ask it: The identical prompts, run again, so two engines can be set against each other rather than argued over. What we record: The same three things, plus anything factually wrong we can trace back to a source.
What we ask it: Those prompts plus the practice-area searches Google’s own index tends to answer without leaving the page. What we record: Whether the answer leans on the firm’s site, a legal directory, or a competitor.
What we ask it: Those prompts plus anything a recent verdict or a local news story is driving. What we record: Whether the firm appears at all, and what is being repeated about it.
What we ask it: The searches that already trigger an overview for your practice areas and market. What we record: Which sources the overview cites, and whether a click still reaches the firm.
Run one dated prompt set across all five surfaces. Answers change between runs and accounts, so repeat the record and compare cited sources over time. Mentions cannot be guaranteed.
A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING
No. Assistants choose their own sources and revise answers over time. What we can do is make your practice information accurate, attributable and easy to cite, then track appearances over repeated checks.
We start from the matters you want more of and the cities you serve, phrased the way a client would ask an assistant. The prompt set is fixed and dated so results stay comparable month to month.
SEO competes for a link position; AI visibility competes to be the source behind the answer. The foundation is shared, but this work adds prompt monitoring, citation checks and attorney-reviewed factual pages.
Their actual expertise and a review pass. We draft from your practice knowledge, an attorney checks the legal statements and jurisdiction, and the reviewed page becomes a source an assistant can safely quote.
