A CLEAR CONNECTION TO YOUR BUSINESS
See which patient questions return your clinic across the assistants.
Watch the clinician-bio visit that usually follows the recommendation.
Follow AI-sourced visits through to a booking request you can service.
A PLAN YOU CAN FOLLOW
Ask assistants the questions patients ask before booking care. Record which clinics they name, what they say about services and which sources support each answer, so the practice can see the gaps patients encounter before choosing where to book.
Link your homepage to a profile for every clinician, service and location. Keep practice facts consistent across the site and trusted listings, and state the registrations and sources behind clinical claims so patients can verify who provides each service.
Write a short, sourced answer to each patient question and name the clinician behind it. Put it on a page assistants can read without a login, using wording clear enough to quote without changing the meaning of the care information.
Repeat the same prompts monthly and capture each answer with its date and cited page. Track when the clinic appears, disappears or moves, correct outdated service information, and compare those changes with the booking requests that follow.
THE AUDIT WE START WITH
The first deliverable is a record, not a change. We ask the questions your patients ask, on each of the five surfaces below, and write down what came back: whether the practice was named, what was said about it, and which page or profile the assistant drew that from. Without that record every claim about AI visibility is somebody’s recollection of an answer they saw once. It also surfaces the thing practices worry about most, which is being described with information they corrected two years ago.
What we ask it: The questions patients ask before choosing: the condition, the city, and what to ask at a first appointment. What we record: Whether the practice is named, what is said about it, and which page or profile that came from.
What we ask it: The same questions, unchanged, so two runs can be compared rather than argued over. What we record: The same three things, plus anything factually wrong we can trace to a source.
What we ask it: The same prompts, plus the condition searches Google’s own index usually answers on the results page. What we record: Whether the answer leans on your site, a health directory, or another practice.
What we ask it: The same prompts, plus anything a recent local discussion is driving. What we record: Whether the practice appears at all, and what is being repeated about it.
What we ask it: The searches that already trigger an overview for your services and catchment. What we record: Which sources the overview cites, and whether a click still reaches the practice.
Run one dated question set across all five surfaces. Record how the practice is described, trace each statement to its source, and correct inaccurate source information with clinical review where needed. Mentions cannot be guaranteed.
ONE RECORD, EVERY SOURCE
An assistant answering a question about your practice is repeating whichever version of the facts it reached first. That might be your clinician page, a directory entry set up by a receptionist who left in 2019, an insurer listing, or a hospital profile nobody has edited since a clinician moved on. When those disagree, the answer is wrong, and the patient finds out at the front desk. The three records below are what we put in order, in this sequence.
One place where each clinician’s name, registration, qualifications, languages and the sites they work from are written down, and every other page inherits from it. Assistants repeat whichever version they found first, so a second version is a second answer.
Every fact worth repeating sits on a page that states it in plain text: the service page for what is offered, the clinician page for who provides it, the location page for where. A claim that only exists in a brochure or an image cannot be verified or cited.
Directories, insurer listings, hospital pages and review sites all restate your details, and most of them are out of date. We correct the sources the rest copy from first, then re-run the audit to see what actually changed.
Use one verified source for provider, service and location facts, then correct outdated directory and profile records. Clinical statements require an appropriate reviewer and source. Mentions cannot be guaranteed.
A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING
A dated set of specialty and location prompts is run across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Google AI, recording whether the practice appears, what was cited and any factual error worth correcting.
Your clinicians. Services, credentials and locations come from practice records, and clinical accuracy is signed off inside the practice. Keyword demand does not replace clinical review or justify unsupported medical advice.
Both rest on accurate, crawlable practice information. The AI layer adds prompt monitoring and the consistency checks that make an assistant confident enough to name your practice in an answer.
None at all. Prompt audits use public information, and referral measurement is configured in aggregate, so nothing identifying a patient reaches an analytics or reporting tool at any stage.
